OK Guys, have some updates on everything and some questions for the community. Due to some of the world issues lately, Simon, being in Ontario, Canada has/is still being affected pretty stiffly. This has affected his abilities to be involved as much as he would like lately. I finally got to speak with him by phone. Here is what we discussed and the potential outcomes. Situation: We made a grand attempt to jump start the project with the agreements and addition of BetSoft games, unfortunately, in the grand problems of trying to move to fast (being the rabbit), we essentially put 'the cart before the horse'. We now had some awesome games, even an agreement to go forward with shared marketing $ in our arrangement. We did NOT have however, a large enough community of players/members like we used to have, nor did we have a verified ticker on CoinGecko or CMC as required by BetSoft for royalty payment calculations. This presented us with a situation where the requirements of BetSoft could not be met in full. For the Market listings, we needed more volume on DFTZ @ Altmarkets / others, and a larger, more active community (like our old one), which would also be shown in some volume, to get CoinGecko to move forward and verify our ticker. CMC is stuck on DFT since Yobit is still showing market and does not gather data from Altmarkets. They have said, that if we can get ticker swapped/migrated @ Yobit and keep our volumes, it should swap DFT to DFTZ @ CMC. The second problem with BetSoft comes in the agreement / royalties that must be paid in order to use their games. It is a shared revenue agreement. i.e. if the casino NET profits $X per month on their games play, we owe them $Y, which is about 15%, if $Y is less that $3500, We owe $3500 per month. In the case of players / games played. The games, on average return 96% of bet monies played to the players, either through winnings, or bonuses, etc. So if $100,000 in bets were made during the month, approximately $4000 would be made by the casino. Of this $4000, we would pay Betsoft $3500 for royalties (NET winnings * 15%, or $3500, whichever is higher), then our bills, etc with the remaining $500. So in that case, at least we would cover the BetSoft bill. But that is using USD$ values. So now lets put that into a little different perspective. If DFTZ is currently trading @ 1DFTZ = $USD 0.10 for example, the amount of DFTZ bets that have to be made/played on BetSoft games to equal $100,000 in play is 1,000,000 DFTZ or more. This again, is of course if DFTZ is valued at .10 $USD, if the value goes up, less bets/plays, if it goes down, more bets/plays needed. So 1,000,000 DFTZ played in a month is not that bad, if we had 100 players playing BetSoft games heavily, its about 10,000 DFTZ of plays per player. Problem of course, is the need of players. We did not have them, nor the community size to pull them from as BetSoft came fully online. Thus in the end, we (BetSoft and us) agreed to postpone the launch until we were capable of meeting the market listing requirement on CMC or CoinGecko, and until we could get our community / players back up to a scale that did not cost personal monies out of our pockets each month as the casino was not able to support the payment. Problems: [Exchanges] Need to add / augment exchanges with larger user base. SouthXchange, fix Yobit, New AltMarkets (on CG already) - In any case, we need trade volume between us / whomever. We can also bring WDFTZ (BSC Wrapped) online, as AltMarkets and SouthX support bridge markets. This opens the token network world. [Market Cap & valuation Sites] CoinGecko - Need steady volume @ AltMarkets + active community and can re-request verification.

I guess what we need to know from the community, is if we can get you guys to help build back up 'the group' by hook or crook, so we can meet each of the needed levels to push this project forward? There is a lot of work in community building and exposure we need in order to grow. It's gonna take all of us! Are you in?

CMC - Need to convert/swap DFT to DFTZ @ Yobit or pay huge $$$$ to CMC for listing fee. Players - We will of course need players. This does not have to include the community members, but may. In either case, to get players, we need to do advertising. We can guerrilla market (everything as cheap as possible, word of mouth, etc) to start, but will have to eventually have full marketing, with it's associated costs. [BetSoft] - Need market cap site listing verified, need player volumes large enough to generate NET revenues enough to cover royalty fee each month. Moving Forward: I am suggesting a reboot per say, until we can get community/player volumes up enough to make the next jump. We go back to our stock games, and the few indie games we have, see if we can bring more of the indie games in the background online that I have source for. This will give us a few more games than we have currently. If we then, work on community, add, gather, steal as many new members/players as we can get in order to get our volumes up in play, and potentially in exchanges (as BTCDraft.com will buy DFTZ from exchanges as needed) We look and see if we can garner some additional tech/graphics guys into the community also to work on games I have source for. Can workout payments of course in DFTZ. If we want to go after the exchanges, we need people in the community to support them with some volume, not just a few (2-3) of us trading with ourselves. This of course on the smaller exchanges (AltM) is difficult, as there is not many other current exchange users active at one time, to see / build on market volume movement. In the larger exchanges (SouthX, Yobit, etc) there are chatboxes, where we can expose the other users to the market movement, etc. Of course we are not there yet, but we can get there. If each of us, grabs 2-3 people from our known acquaintances, and introduce them to DFTZ as a project, then they may introduce us to others. This simple exposure can get us the community size/chat volume in telegram, to maybe kick CoinGecko into validating us. Once we get the exchanges straightened out, and either CG or CMC with our proper valuations, we can see if we have enough player volume to make the jump back to active BetSoft and maybe even the others that I was working on. Simon says he can help out currently with promotion, channel chat, twittter, etc. I am in a state where I have time to continue to manage the backend servers, work on bugs, and have been working on finalizing some games that were on the shelf in beta from our indie collection. I work full time + at the moment, so I am not always available to chat when the group or yourself may be online. That does not mean I have vanished ). I may get called out for days at a time in cases. @johnsmithzy is quite familiar with this in chatting with me. I am sure, that once I can get on a call with @BayerTM , and we can discuss some ideas / items. He should be able to help out in a few more ways than just being the MN master. @lmoleger, need to catch up with you and see how / what you're doing / potentially available for. @Alexey7878, will have to talk also and see what your group thinks, etc. Or any others in the group who have assistive capabilities ) If we can get our core flushed out with a few more helpers, get our community buzzing again, we can continue to move this forward and get DFTZ back up in the market to the days of when we didn't even have a game ). So, as seen, I have exposed quite a bit about the internal casino operation, in amounts of profits, etc that would be potential at certain player levels. You can see, we are up against a few growth battles, in marketing costs, staff, etc, that will have to be overcome, but they should come at/with player volume increases from each level. Those who think a casino makes millions easily, should now see that is not true. We have to build / work on a very small house margin of 4%-5% or less in some cases (poker), which only grows in $ size by more players.
